Indulge in a food and wine pairing like no other. Small bites expertly crafted by our Executive Chef Jim Vande Berg, paired with 6 – 7 different wines showcasing the art and science of food and wine pairings. Wine tasting with the lite bite add on option is available Friday through Sunday.

FOOD & WINE EXPERIENCE
Immerse yourself in a truly unique food and wine experience! Allow your Wine Educator to guide you through four delectable courses, expertly paired with wines to highlight the unique flavors in each dish. Our complete Food & Wine Experience is available Friday through Sunday.

Take a behind-the-scenes look at how we sustainably grow and craft our amazing selection of Red Mountain estate-produced wines. Along with the tour, indulge in lite bites expertly crafted by our Executive Chef Jim Vande Berg, paired with 6 different wines showcasing the art of matching wine and cuisine.

VIRTUAL TASTINGS
Assistant General Manager, Daryl Baker, hosts virtual tastings every Wednesday and Friday at 5:00pm PST. These tastings are designed to be as interactive as you want them to be, so you can chat with Daryl directly about any questions or comments you may have, just like being here in the tasting room. We’ll have occasional special guests drop in such as our Owner and Winemaker, Keith Pilgrim, and our Winery Executive Chef Jim Vande Berg!
