You’ll explore a series of horizontal tastings featuring the key varietals that shape this iconic blend—Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot—across vintages from 2009, 2013, 2017, and 2021. Begin with a pour of ONYX itself, then discover how each component contributes to its depth, structure, and character. The evening concludes with an exclusive pour of our newest release, the 2022 ONYX.
