Red Wine and Chocolate is an annual tradition each Presidents Day weekend in Yakima Valley Wine Country. This year, the weekend kicks off with Valentine’s Day! Whether you plan a weekend for fun with friends or you’re looking for a little romance, you’ll find the perfect fit. Valley wineries are planning a weekend filled with special tastings, carefully crafted pairings and more. ONYX Release Week Festivities

Celebrate Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard’s ONYX Release Week, our biggest celebration of the year, marking the release of the 25th vintage of ONYX, our flagship Bordeaux blend. Join us for a series of extraordinary events spanning Spokane and Red Mountain, from exclusive tastings to elegant dinners.

• February 12, 2025 – Red Mountain 25-Year ONYX Vertical Tasting
  Time: 6:00 – 9:00 PM
  Experience every ONYX vintage in a historic tasting led by Keith Pilgrim, ReNae Pilgrim, and Daryl Baker.
  Tickets: $250/person or $200/club member.
• February 13, 2025 – ONYX Experience
  Time: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
  A curated tasting of Bordeaux varietals paired with seven gourmet bites.
  Tickets: $95/person or $75/club member.
• February 14, 2025 – Red Mountain ONYX Release Party
  Time: 7:00 – 9:00 PM
  Be among the first to taste the historic 2021 ONYX, paired with complimentary pours, hors d’oeuvres, and exclusive savings.

• February 15, 2025 – ONYX Winemaker’s Dinner
  Time: Gates open at 6:30 PM; Dinner begins at 7:00 PM
